I am K B MAHALINGA SWAMY completed my BE (civil) at great Siddaganga Institute of Technology, then at Bangalore joined one private company to get experience. After this as a proprioter to apurva consultants and constructions i started my business profession since 1990, done so many challenging works at Asian biggest public sector HAL. Then after more than 500 individual residential buildings, bungalows, and 11 apartment completed successfully. With planing, construction, structural design, elevation, Turnkey projects, project management service, ready to acupy units, etc. With excellent quality, track record, etc
